SUMMARY
Senior Measurement Specialist and Evaluator with experiences in scale development research, curriculum development, education, math teaching, and data analytics. I am a lifelong learner interested in collaborating with others to solve psychometric obstacles related to fair examination and validity issues.
I aim to continuously conduct studies where I can use my psychometrics skills, critical thinking, creativity, diverse knowledge base, and data analytics to solve psychometrics obstacle related to fair examination and validity issues. These research opportunities would be a vehicle to move me to achieve an advanced research position and to become an experienced researcher and theory creator in the measurement and evaluation fields. My ultimate goal is that I would be willing to implement reforms in the assessment system globally and to lead a psychometric initiative to develop a personalized assessment system.
